What started as a dream many years ago has grown into a trusted, beloved watch repair and sales destination in the heart of Orange. We are proud to be a family owned business that has been serving our community for over 35 years, and we’ve done it with the same dedication to quality, honesty, and care that our family has always upheld.

     The roots of our story begin with Chai, the heart of the business. For decades, Chai has been mastering the art of watch repair, earning the title of Grand Master. His expertise and skill have made him a go to figure in the world of watchmaking. From luxury watches to everyday timepieces, he’s brought countless watches back to life, earning the trust of customers and the respect of peers along the way. Chai’s passion for restoring watches remains unwavering, making him the cornerstone of everything we do.

     The next chapter in our story is shaped by Dee, our talented watch consultant and the expert who knows everything there is to know about watches. She can talk about watches for hours, helping customers find the perfect piece for any style and needs, while sharing her wealth of knowledge along the way. Her love for watches is contagious, and she makes every visit feel like a special experience.

     Then there’s Sak, our talented repairman. Known for his efficiency and focus, Sak ensures that every watch repair is done with care and precision, never compromising quality for speed. His work ethic and skill are a testament to the strong values our family holds dear.

     Our story wouldn’t be complete without Leng, a Citizen certified watch repair expert. Leng brings incredible knowledge and skill to every repair, ensuring that each timepiece is treated with the utmost care and respect. His years of experience in watch repair have made him a key part of our team, bringing a level of expertise that reflects our family’s commitment to excellence.

     Finally, there’s Pete, who brings a modern edge to our family business. A graduate of the North American Institute of Swiss Watchmaking, Pete’s expertise in Swiss watches adds a unique dimension to our services.
